Position: In-Home Plumbing Sales Technician – 1 Tom Plumber

What You’ll Do

  • Run in-home service calls and installations—where your skills actually matter.
  • Diagnose plumbing issues (from simple leaks to complex problems) and present clear, honest, educational solutions.
  • Build trust with homeowners—no high-pressure nonsense, just real conversations about real fixes.
  • Work with club members and help new customers understand how our maintenance plans protect their homes.
  • Mentor apprentices—because the best plumbers don’t hoard knowledge; they elevate the team.
  • Keep your truck clean and organized—your vehicle is the billboard.
  • Partner with dispatch and customer service to create smooth, professional experiences every time.


What You’ll Get

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years residential plumbing experience
  • Someone who can explain a slab leak without talking down to a homeowner
  • Strong communication, honesty, and pride in your work
  • Valid driver’s license + clean record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
